*Dr. Kim was wonderful! We agreed on course of treatment and follow up. I have recommended her to my husband.
*Dr. Kim had an intern accompany her that day. He came in first and discussed my reason for the visit.
She is wonderful!
She concurred about my concern about giving me steroids due to my osteoporosis.
Call me pessimistic but not too many people in this day and age do their job well... even fewer go above and beyond than just doing their job well. Last week, NorthShoreConnect made a mistake scheduling my appointment with my regular ENT. I went to Evanston location and was told that there is no ENT physician in the office. I decided to try my luck at the nearest Northshore ENT office (Skokie) in hopes that I can see another ENT. I was desperate as I have been struggling with a severe throat pain, to the point that I could not even swallow liquids. I arrived to Skokie location around lunch time and explained to the nurse what happened and how bad my condition was. She advised me that their schedule is completely booked but she would speak with Dr Sue Kim to see if she can see me. Five min later, Dr Kim took time out her short lunch break to see me. What else I can say... besides taking care of me in such a manner, Dr Kim spent more time than I would possibly expect on such a short notice appointment. Her bedside manner, politeness and knowledge are next to none. Thank you Dr Kim, again, for taking care of me.
Dr Kim is very personable as well as knowledgeable. She takes her time and speaks to you like a friend. She is not authoritarian or aloof. I have recommended her to several people and they all loved her.
Dr Kim is lovely, very personable and also astute. She quickly understand the problem and offered reasonable solutions.

I absolutely love Dr. Kim, she is caring and honest. I never feel like she is in a rush with me, and always takes time to talk through my systems.
