Join us for heart healthy yoga!
This 12-week class Led by a licensed physical therapist and certified Yoga instructor, participants will learn breathing and awareness skills, postures, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, improve physical function and feel better in general. No prior Yoga experience is necessary. Must be able to get down and up from the floor. Wear modest, comfortable clothing. Classes start September 4th at 7:30 PM at Park Center in Glenview. Registration required.
